TARBAN Industrial Technics.

Who we are:

TARBAN Industrial Technics is a consultancy, engineering, trading and construction company located in Wijk en Aalburg, The Netherlands. We specialize in the design and development of machines, production lines and factories for foodstuffs, animal feeds, bulk handling and recycling, for both Dutch as well as foreign clients.

Furthermore, we carry out in-house repairs, revisions and customer-specific modifications to machines used in these sectors. The provision of complete machines and consumables and the construction of specialized machines are also part of the total package.

Engineering and Consultancy: 

This is the most extensive area of our activities. We specialize in being able to offer a complete package, starting with an inventory of our customers' wishes and a feasibility report. When approved, a project can be supervised from start to delivery. This process also takes into consideration the potential involvement of your own personnel, your production continuity, etc. Next to that, we are always available for advice, supervision and execution concerning every imaginable query or  problem. When you have the necessary expertise and knowledge in house for part of a project, it is also possible for us just to undertake the other section(s).

TARBAN Industrial Technics can be of service to you in getting a better view and a firmer grip on maintenance costs, by setting up and executing a system for inspections and maintenance of  your machines. It can be divided into several (optional) steps:

• Starting with cataloging all characteristics of your machinery.
• Organizing all the data and entering into a database.
• Carrying out periodical inspections, during which machines are examined as to general condition, wear, conformation to Health and Safety Regulations and possible upcoming defects.
• Making a prognosis for the cost of maintenance, based on the outcome of the inspections.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance
• Using our specialized equipment to carry out specific measurements on various process parameters. The results obtained can be translated into suggestions on improvement of the efficiency of your production process.

The orderly collection of machinery details obtained this way provide excellent opportunities to your company in the areas of budgeting and maintenance costing.

Our own workshop is completely fitted out for the construction of special machines:

• Machines which, due to their size or function, call for individual development and construction. 

• New and existing machines can also be adapted to meet with specific needs of the clients. 

• We can produce and supply hard-to-get spare parts for your machines

• Complicated tubing parts, chutes and storage bunkers of any size be constructed of any desired material.

New machinery is always delivered including a user's manual and in conformation with CE regulations.

Installation, Assembly and Repairs:

The installation of machinery calls for a considerable degree of expertise and knowledge of branch specific processes. Our scope of work covers the following:

• Both the installation and assembly of machines.
• Installing the necessary tubing and feed and outflow conveyors.
• The construction of systems and piping for compressed air, steam and fluids.

Care, safety, functionality and flexibility are key words during the execution of all our tasks.
